One Halo Filtered Showerhead in your finish, with both cartridges already fitted: the PP cotton one in the handle, and the calcium sulfite, KDF-55 and carbon one in the head. Plus a quick-start card. Screw it on and you're done.

The stuff Singapore water is known for. Chlorine and chloramine (99.9% of it), heavy metals like lead and copper, plus rust, sediment and micro-plastics down to 1 micron. Basically everything that leaves skin tight and hair frizzy after a shower.

Almost certainly. Halo uses the standard half-inch thread that every hose-type shower in Singapore uses, HDB or condo. Got a wall-mounted rain shower? Halo works as a handheld on the hose next to it.

Nope. No tools, no electricity, no handyperson. Unscrew your old head, screw Halo on hand-tight, run the water for 30 seconds. About five minutes, and most of that is finding where the old washer went.

No. Halo flows at 6.5 L/min and the spray plate is built for pressure. A lot of our reviews actually mention the pressure being better than the head it replaced.

Every 60 days with normal household use. Set a reminder, or let the Smart Refill Plan send both cartridges every 60 days so you never have to think about it.

7 cm wide, 7 cm high, 30 cm long, and 300 grams. Looks good on the wall too, if we say so ourselves.

Because day 61 is when results quietly fade. Each cartridge set handles about 9,000 litres, which is roughly two months for a household of three, or three months for two. The plan lands on your doorstep before that, and it drops the showerhead to S$109.

Any time, from your account. Pause a delivery, skip one, change the address, or cancel outright. No minimum term, no awkward emails.

Yes. Every cartridge fits every Halo showerhead, chrome or black, old or new.

365 days on the showerhead body and fittings, sorted from Singapore. Cartridges are consumables, so they're covered by being replaced every 60 days.

No, and that's the twist. PUB reports 42.7 mg/L, which is soft. Limescale is a London problem. Singapore's problem is chlorine, and that's exactly what Halo is built for.
